The Sunday LOVE Project

The Sunday LOVE Project provides for those suffering from food insecurity. Historically, we have served 2,000 meals/weekly on the street, but we are switching our model to focus on a free grocery store for anyone in need. We also provide meals and groceries for various camps and schools.

Feast of Justice

We work with individuals experiencing poverty in Northeast Philadelphia to address hunger, meet needs, and inspire hope as we work toward abundant and inclusive justice. Our first line of connection is through our client-choice food cupboard, where we serve upwards of 550 households each week.

How to Sign Up: An individual or a group can sign up to participate. Generally, we start volunteers in the direct service-related opportunities, such as receiving and sorting deliveries to restock our pantry, or assisting directly with the distribution of food. We have opportunities M-F daytime, as well as W, Th evenings and both morning and afternoon on Saturday. Sign up at our website via feastofjustice.org/howtohelp.

Maternal and Child Health Consortium

MCHC’s mission is to advocate for and empower prenatal and parenting families to achieve healthy beginnings and a bright future through a caring culture of service.
