If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any required notices and choices before or at the time required by law.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, understand engagement, measure performance, and improve communications. We do not use these technologies to sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process personal information for targeted advertising. You may be able to manage cookies through the Foundation’s cookie preference tool and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality.
6. Communications Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing or fundraising emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may send non-promotional messages relating to your donation, grant, application, event registration, account, security, legal notices, or other ongoing relationship. You may manage text-message choices as described in the applicable message or program terms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. Although the Services are not directed to children under 13, some Foundation programs may benefit or feature minors. In those circumstances, personal information about a minor should be submitted only by an authorized parent, legal guardian, school, nonprofit organization, or other party with appropriate permission. We require appropriate permissions or releases before publishing identifiable photographs, videos, testimonials, impact stories, or similar public-facing content involving minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Third-Party Services and Social Media
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party donation platforms, processors, auction providers, grant systems, social networks, video platforms, or other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Information you post publicly, including on social media or public campaign pages, may be visible, copied, or used by others. Please use care before sharing personal information publicly.

13. Deidentified and Aggregated Information
We may create and use aggregated or deidentified information for research, reporting, impact measurement, program planning, and other lawful purposes. Where we maintain deidentified information, we use technical safeguards and business processes designed to prevent reidentification, do not attempt to reidentify it, and require recipients not to reidentify it or use it in ways that could reasonably link back to an individual, except as permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes to This Policy
