Society of St. Vincent de Paul
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) in central and northern Arizona is a 76-year-old 501c3 that fulfills the most basic needs—to be fed, clothed, housed and healed—of the working poor, those experiencing homelessness, and volunteers seeking meaningful interactions. Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty so each person can achieve his or her full potential in the community.

How to Sign Up: We are grateful for any volunteer service provided by Albertsons Companies employees in the area and have many opportunities available throughout our organization, from dining halls and farms to our Finance and IT departments. NourishPHX
We are a food and clothing pantry located in Central Phoenix, dedicated to providing immediate food/clothing assistance as well as pathways to self-sufficiency to those in need. Serving over 120 families each and every day, volunteers are at the core of everything we do and who we are.

How to Sign Up: To sign up for a shift, click the link below to fill out an application. After submitting the application, you will be sent an email with a link to sign up for your shifts.
We also welcome volunteer groups, but the sign-up process looks a little different. If you are interested in scheduling a group event instead, please reach out for more details.
Training and orientation will happen from 8:30am-9am on your first volunteer shift, or at 12pm if you are volunteering in the afternoon.

Flagstaff Family Food Center
The Flagstaff Family Food Center: Food Bank & Kitchen provides hope to Flagstaff families by providing hunger relief and children’s literacy programs. For 31 years, we have rescued food from local sources, coordinated incredible volunteers to prepare, serve and distribute food, and maintained a safe community gathering place for sharing meals and encouraging a love of reading. Through our various food programs, we provide over 6,500 meals daily throughout Northern Arizona.

The Old Town Mission
The Old Town Mission is ALL about “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” and we have been serving our Cottonwood community for over thirty years. We are a non-profit Christian “faith in action” outreach providing food boxes, homemade community meals, clothing, legal and vision clinics with haircuts every Tuesday.
ALL of our services and programs are FREE. Our community outreach events like OPERATION: Back To School, The GREAT Turkey Giveaway, The “Gift of Warmth” Tent Event, The Christmas Celebration and special holiday brunches meet specific needs within the communities of the Verde Valley.
Our main goal is assisting families and individuals who are struggling to make ends meet by filling in the gaps and providing basic and necessary resources free of cost to anyone in need. Our clients include families with children, single parents with children, the elderly, those on a “fixed” income and low income households, Veterans, and the homeless.
