This model assures fuller use of locally grown fruits and vegetables and provides nutritious food to improve the health and food security of our community.

FOOD For Lane County
Established in 1984, FOOD For Lane County (FFLC) is a nonprofit food bank dedicated to reducing hunger by engaging our community to create access to food. We accomplish this by soliciting, collecting, rescuing, growing, preparing and packaging food for distribution to a network of social service agencies and programs, and through public awareness, education and community advocacy.
Making food easily available to the people who need it is at the core of FFLC’s commitment to serve. FFLC programs are designed to help low-income individuals and families obtain nutritious food when they cannot afford to buy it. FFLC is widely recognized for both developing creative solutions to alleviate hunger and for supporting the empowerment of clients, social service agencies and large numbers of community volunteers in the development and promotion of self-sufficiency.

Integral Youth Services
Integral Youth Services started with a group of social workers who wanted to make a difference in the Klamath Falls Community. What started with a simple card table on the side of the road, signing up youth for services in the late 80’s, and has progressed into what IYS is today.
Since the beginning, we strive to engage with community partners to develop strong programs to help not only engage our community in a healthy atmosphere, but encourage a positive support system for our youth. Our programs benefit those that are ages 1-18 years old.
Integral Youth Services is a faith based organization that started in 1988 and has been actively engaging in the Klamath Community for over 32 years. Since 2005, IYS has been able to impact and change the lives of over 26,000 youth. IYS has local Outreach and Life Skill Development programs to help provide long term and short term support to our local children.
