Nourishing Neighbors is proud to partner with Tarrant Area Food Bank-Together, we are making a difference!
Join us and spread the word to your community
Nourishing Neighbors is proud to sponsor one of the three Tarrant Area Food Bank's R.E.D. Buses (R.E.D Arlington). The purpose of the R.E.D. Bus is to provide resource assistance, nutrition education, and nutritious food to communities with high levels of food insecurity. The bus goes into communities and removes barriers so neighbors can get connected to federal meals programs such as SNAP. The bus is equipped with food to meet immediate needs and workstations, computers, wifi, and counselors so that neighbors can fill out applications on the spot.
Nourishing Neighbors is grateful for our long-standing partnership with Tarrant Area Food Bank and their commitment to ending hunger in our communities!
